Competitor Handbook
The JEA Competitor Handbook is a document that contains all of the information regarding showing in Jorvik Eventing Association competitions. It contains 25 pages of information split into the following sections: competition rules, competition overview, levels of competition, scoring, terminology, dress code, and championships.

It is vital to look over the information presented in these pages before competing in a competition. While not all the information is essential, most of the diagrams and explanations will help to ensure you and your equine's success at JEA eventing competitions.
Partnerships
JEA partnered servers are fellow organizations whose standards, ideals, and purpose strongly correspond with those of our own. When choosing organizations to partner with, the owners of Jorvik Eventing Association look for a standard of quality that is presented within the Discord server, social medias, and competitions.
"What benefits do partnered servers get?"
Owners of partnerd servers will receive the Associate role, and their sever will receive an exclusive promotion within our Discord channel (and other social medias). Their organization will be promoted in specific Instagram posts.

Sponsorships
When a RRP organization agrees to donate an award/product that they have created for winning competitors of JEA events, they are referred to as sponsors. In exchange, the sponsoring organization would receive recognition on posts related to that specific event.
This includes on competitors' posts, by the JEA account on Instagram, the sponsoring organization name on a cross country jump, and their logo/brand on banners for that show.
"How do I sponsor a JEA show/event?"
Click the "Sponsorship Interest" button. Attached is a form which will ask you for the specific event you would like to sponsor, your organization's information, and the product/award that you would like to present to the riders.
â—† In addition to filling out the form, please also contact one of the Jorvik Eventing Association owners (Kate & Stormy) on either Instagram or Discord to let us know of your submission. You will be contacted directly if sponsorship from your server seems like a good fit for the show.
